We hope you’ve been enjoying my YouTube Show (with co-host Ian Patrick), “Sit Down Darling. . . Let’s Talk Design” as much as we have loved creating episodes and presenting them to you.
We have made changes based on your feedback – for example, shortening our animated intro and lengthening by a minute or two the episodes – and we thank you for your input.
We hope “Sit Down Darling” captures the essence of what we wanted to produce: A show that promises design illumination through colorful anecdotes, historical context, and salty humor. We’ve covered topics ranging from “The Hazards of Early Craftsmanship” to “French Baroque Excess,” and with Ian as co-host, you never know how outrageous our Outtakes will be.
Our first season is scheduled to close around the end of this year, and we will be brainstorming ways to make Season Two even more enlightening and entertaining.
We roll out episodes every two weeks or so, almost always on Tuesdays. If you haven’t already, please subscribe to our YouTube channel. You can also view episodes on my website. And, again, we welcome and appreciate your feedback.
