Eleanor3I’m thrilled to announce that my design partner, the ultra-talented interior designer Ian Patrick, and I have been selected to design and decorate a room at the historic Wattles Mansion in Los Angeles.

Victoria Reitz of Reitzhaus Inc. and Angeleno Magazine, in association with the City of Los Angeles Department of Parks & Recreation, are presenting the Designer Showcase. The 1908 historic home will open to the public for the showcase in March 2016.

The Mediterranean/Mission style Wattles Mansion is known not only for its beautiful Spanish architecture – designed by prominent L.A. architects Myron Hunt and Elmer Grey – but also for its beautiful gardens in four different international styles. The address is 1824 Curson Ave., Los Angeles 90046.

Ian and I have collaborated on several projects, including our YouTube show “Sit Down Darling. . . Let’s Talk Design,” but this is the first time we are being paired to present a room at a Designer Showcase.

More details will be forthcoming, but feel free to contact me any time at EleanorSchrader@roadrunner.com.

Warmest regards,

Eleanor
