I’m organizing a day trip to Santa Barbara and would like to see how many of you would be interested. Two of the venues require non-refundable deposits, so before I commit, I’d like to know who’d like to go on an adventure with me! We’ll take a van from Los Angeles, visit the beautiful Lotusland Gardens, have a delicious lunch in Old Towne, visit the magnificent Casa del Herrero, enjoy the splendor of Santa Barbara County Courthouse (with some shopping time on State Street, of course!), visit to the elegant Santa Barbara Mission, and then possibly visit to a private home overlooking the city. I’m estimating that the day, including van transportation to/from West Los Angeles area, admission to all venues, and a possible wine-and-cheese party will be around $175.
